A.E. Robb provided Mechanical design services including the thermal modelling and Scottish building regulation section 6 compliance for the construction of a new care home that will feature 60 en-suite bedrooms and will boost the provision of high quality residential care, specialist dementia care, nursing, and short term respite care in the city.
The purpose-built three-storey home, which is expected to welcome its first residents in October 2017, will feature facilities including a cinema and hairdressing salon.
